937.14 PRETREATMENT REGULATIONS.

(a) Pretreatment Regulations. There are herein set forth Pretreatment Regulations to be used in connection with the City's sewer collection system. The Director or his authorized deputy, agent, or representative is directed to establish and administer the Pretreatment Regulations as approved by the Ohio EPA which shall be hereby made a part of this chapter.
