351.19 AUTHORITY OF CHIEF OF POLICE.

The Chief of Police, or his duly-appointed designee, shall have authority to enforce the provisions of Chapter 351 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Fostoria, Ohio, to design and promulgate a standardized parking citation, and to collect all fines as the agent of the Court. All fines collected in accordance with Chapter 353 shall be distributed forthwith to the Director of Finance of the City of Fostoria, Ohio.
