(a) No person shall knowingly have, possess or use the substance commonly known as "K-2", "Spice", and also known as "Fake Weed", "Smokable herbs", "Bliss", "Black Mamba", "Bombay Blue", "Genie", "Spice", "Zohai", "Yucatan Fire", "Herbal incense", "Synthetic cannabinoides", "Legal Marijuana/weed".
(b) For the purposes of this section, the term "K-2" or "Spice" or any other commonly known names, as identified in paragraph (a), supra, shall include the chemical compounds JWH-018, HU-210, synthetic cannabinoid HU-211, or JWH 073, as well as the chemical compounds 1-Pentyl-3-(1-naphthoy)indale, 1-Butyl-3-)1-napththoyl)indole, or (6aR, 10aR)-9-(hydroxymethyl)-6, 6-dinethyl-3- (2-mthyloctan-2-yl)-6a, 7, 10, 10a tetrahydrobenzol[e]chromen-1-ol or a compound mixture, preparation, or substance containing 1-Pentyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole, 1-Butyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole, or (6aR, 10aR)-9-(hydroxymethyl)-6, 6-dimethyl-3-(2-methyloclan-2-yl)-6a, 7, 10, 10a tetrahydrobenzo[e]chromen-1-ol.
(c) A violation of Section 513.17(a) shall be punishable as a minor misdemeanor.
