135.04 IDENTITY THEFT POLICY.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Certain procedures mandated by Federal law and the Federal Trade Commission regarding the prevention of identity theft, which are attached to Ordinance 2009-79 and incorporated herein as though fully re-written herein, are hereby adopted and made effective as of October 1, 2009.
