159.03 OFFICERS; RULES.

The Committee shall have a chairperson, vice chairperson and secretary. Rules shall be adopted by the Committee specifying when in June the annual meeting will be held and what other meetings shall be held. The Committee shall notify the Mayor or Mayor's office of the meetings and shall provide said information to news media under the public meeting laws of the State.
