149.05 EMERGENCY CORPS.

(a) The Emergency Corps of the City of Fostoria, Ohio is hereby abolished as of May 6, 2012. All members of the aforementioned Fostoria Emergency Corps shall immediately return all property belonging to the City care of the Director of Public Service and Safety.

(b) Beginning on May 6, 2012, the City of Fostoria, Ohio shall only utilize the services of the Citizens Emergency Community Response Team, at the direction of the Director of Public Service and Safety.
