149.01 STAFF OF FIRE DEPARTMENT.

The Division of Fire of the City of Fostoria, Ohio shall have one Chief and the number of captains, lieutenants, and fireman as shall be designated from time to time by the Council of the City. This includes any and all firemen as necessary to operate an EMS unit through the City of Fostoria, Division of Fire if an EMS unit is deemed appropriately operated therein in an affordable manner.
