147.02 PARKING ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL.

Two non-police persons acting in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed by the Director of Public Service and Safety and under the direct supervision of the Chief of Police shall be empowered to enforce all parking ordinances and the provisions of parking meter ordinances. (1979 Code 33.08)
