185.01 LEVY.

An additional annual five dollar ($5.00) motor vehicle license tax is hereby imposed on all motor vehicles registered within the City beginning January 1, 1994, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.172. (Ord. 93-46. Passed 7-6-93.)
