145.05 PROCUREMENT POLICY ESTABLISHED.

Ohio R.C. 735.05 through 735.09 dealing with public contracts are hereby adopted as the City's procurement policy and the Safety-Service Director is hereby required to comply with the City's procurement policy when entering into any contract on behalf of the City.
