145.03 AUTHORITY TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY.

The Mayor and the Safety-Service Director are designated to acquire federal surplus property from the state agency for surplus property according to terms now on file in the office of the Mayor and Safety-Service Director. (1979 Code 33.04)
