The Ohio Fire Code, as adopted in Section 1501.01 is amended and changed as follows: Since the Ohio Fire Code does not establish a "means of appeal" of a decision made by the Code Official, therefore the City will adopt Sections F-113.0 to F-113.7 of the BOCA National Fire Prevention Code, with only the following section to be amended as follows:
F-113.2.1 Qualifications: Each member shall be qualified by experience and training to rule on matters pertaining to building construction and fire prevention.
