1501.14 DISTRICTS IN WHICH STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE AND COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS IN OUTSIDE ABOVE-GROUND TANKS IS PROHIBITED.

The limits in which the storage of flammable and combustible liquids in outside above- ground nonvaulted tanks is prohibited, as regulated in Section FM-2807 of the Ohio Fire Code, are established as follows: Districts R-1, R-2, R-3, and B-1, B-2, B-3, S-1, PUD, RMH as designated on the Zoning Map of the City. (1979 Code 95.05)
