139.01 CITY DIRECTOR OF LAW; ASSISTANT.

   (a)   The duties of the City Director of Law and term of office shall be as prescribed by the Revised Code of Ohio.

   (b)   An assistant to the City Director of Law shall be appointed by the City Director of Law, subject to the approval of Council, who shall perform the duties as prescribed by the Ohio Revised Code. (1979 Code 32.05)
