(b) Petty Cash Accounts Created Within Certain Funds. Petty cash accounts are created within the Water Works Revenue Fund and General Fund.

(c) Law Enforcement Trust Fund. A special revenue fund entitled the Law Enforcement Trust Fund is hereby established pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2933.43, for the purpose of recording revenue proceeds from the public auction of contraband and money seized as contraband by public safety forces within the City. Said fund shall be used solely for the law enforcement purposes set forth in Ohio R.C. 2933.43(D) (4).

(d) Drug Law Enforcement Fund. A special revenue fund entitled the Drug Law Enforcement Fund is hereby established pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2933.03 for the purpose of recording fines collected under Ohio R.C. 2933.03. Said fund shall be used solely to subsidize the City's law enforcement efforts pertaining to drug offenses.

(f) Indigent Drivers Alcohol Treatment Fund. The Indigent Drivers Alcohol Treatment Fund within the Special Revenue Fund is hereby established pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4511.191. (Res. 90-57. Passed 9-18-90)
(g) Enforcement and Education Fund. The Enforcement and Education Fund within the Special Revenue Fund is hereby established pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4511.99(A).
