955.07 PLACES FOR BURIAL.

(a) No person shall bury or cause to be buried the body of any deceased person at any place in the City other than in the cemetery owned by the City, known as Fountain Cemetery, or the cemetery owned by St. Wendelin's Parish of the Roman Catholic Church, known as St. Wendelin's Cemetery.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. (1979 Code 98.07)
