The gates of the cemetery shall be open every day from sunrise to sunset, and relatives and friends of persons buried therein, either walking, or in vehicles, shall be permitted to enter the cemetery during those hours. Funerals and burials shall be permitted in the cemetery on every day of the week including Sundays, but only between the hours of sunrise and sunset; however, in case of emergency, the Director of Public Service and Safety may permit funerals and burials to be held at other hours.
