955.05 FEES.

The price of all cemetery lots, and the fees and charges for opening and closing graves, building foundations, and for headstones or monuments, use of burial vault, and all the fees or charges for the use of the cemetery shall be fixed by the Director of Public Service and Safety. (1979 Code 98.05)
