The Fourth Ward is the entire area within Seneca County that is bounded on the west by the centerline of S. Countyline Street and the intersection of South Street, thence east on and along the centerline of South Street to the intersection of Columbus Avenue, thence in a southeasterly direction to the intersection of Seneca Avenue, thence east on and along the centerline of Seneca Avenue to the corporation line, thence south to Boston Avenue, thence following the corporation line around the east and south edge of the City to the Hancock County Line, and thence north on and along the County Line to the intersection of the centerline of S. Countyline and South Streets.
