The Third Ward is the entire area within Seneca County bounded on the west by the centerline of Countyline Street at the intersection of the centerline of Elm Street, thence east on and along the centerline of Elm Street to the centerline of Main Street, thence north on and along the centerline of Main Street to the centerline of Jackson Street, thence east on and along the centerline of Jackson Street to the centerline of Buckley Street, thence south on and along the centerline of Buckley Street to the centerline of Sandusky Street, and thence in a northeasterly direction on and along the centerline of Sandusky Street to the corporation line, thence south on and along the corporation line to the centerline of McDougal Street, thence west on and along the centerline of McDougal Street to the corporation line, thence south on and along the corporation line to the right-of-way line of the Norfolk and Southern Corporation Railroad, thence in a southwesterly direction along the railroad to the corporation line, thence south on and along corporation line to the centerline of Seneca Avenue, thence on and along the centerline of Seneca Avenue to the centerline of Columbus Avenue, thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of Columbus Avenue to the intersection of South Street, thence west along and on the centerline of South Street to the centerline of South Countyline Street and thence north to the centerline intersection of Countyline and Elm Streets.
