951.03 REGULATIONS FOR USE OF BOATS AND WATERCRAFT ON RESERVOIRS.
   (a)   No person, except duly-authorized police, fire, and emergency personnel, shall place or operate a boat or watercraft of any size or description on City Reservoirs 1 and 2.
   (b)   No person, except duly-authorized police, fire and emergency personnel, shall operate a boat or other water craft greater than twenty-six feet in length or powered by electric motor, internal combustion engine or other mechanical propulsion device in excess of ten horsepower on City Reservoirs 3, 4, 5 and 6.
    (c)   Boating hours on City reservoirs which permit boating, shall be 24 hours a day.
   (d)   No person, except duly-authorized police, fire, and emergency personnel, shall operate a boat or watercraft of any size or description on any City reservoir which permits boating at a rate of speed so as to create a wake.
   (e)   No person, except duly-authorized police, fire, and emergency personnel, shall operate a boat or watercraft of any size or description on any City reservoir which permits boating unless it has a state registration and proper safety equipment.
   (f)   State watercraft laws apply to all City reservoir areas. (1979 Code 94.03)
