The First Ward will consist of all territory within the northeast part of the City located in Wood County bounded by the centerline of W. Jackson and N. Countyline Streets, thence west along Jackson Street to the centerline of the Portage River, thence north on and along the Portage River to the corporation line, thence following the corporation line around the east and north edge of the City to a point where the corporation line intersects the centerline of N. Countyline Street and thence south along the centerline of Countyline Street to the place of beginning. While in the Seneca County portion, the First Ward shall consist of the entire territory north and east of the centerline of Countyline Street and Elm Street to the corporation line bounded by the following: Countyline Street east along the centerline of Elm Street to the centerline of N. Main Street, thence north along the centerline of Main Street to the centerline of Jackson Street, thence east along the centerline of Jackson Street to the centerline of Buckley Street, thence south along the centerline of Buckley Street to the intersection of the centerline of Sandusky Street, continuing east to the corporation line, thence continuing in a north and west direction on and along the corporation line to the centerline of Countyline Street, thence south on and along the centerline of Countyline Street to the intersection of Countyline and Elm Streets.
