The City of Fostoria having received the 2000 census population figure and the individual census tract block figures wishes to correct the boundaries of the four wards so that they are more even in population. After reviewing the City Map, the ad-hoc committee determined that based on the current population and corporation lines the ward boundary designations should be as follows and as shown on the map attached to original Ordinance 2002-50.
