941.14 AUTHORITY OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND SAFETY.

The Director of Public Service and Safety shall make and enforce rules and regulations as he may deem necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, and the safe, economical, and efficient management and protection of the system.
