933.03 FIRE HYDRANTS.
   (a)   No person not duly authorized shall turn on or cause the flow of water from any hydrant, valve, plug, or other fixture of the waterworks.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
