933.02 POLLUTING WATER SUPPLY; SWIMMING.

No person shall pollute the water supply of the City by depositing therein any dead animals, refuse; or any filthy, putrid, offensive, or unhealthy substance or matter, or by swimming or bathing therein. (1979 Code 51.02)
