905.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. In addition, the person shall replace the tree with a size and species recommended by the Tree Commission. Each tree affected by noncompliance with this chapter shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 95-109. Passed 12-26-95.)
