The list attached to Ordinance 95-109, made a part thereof by reference, constitutes the official street tree species for the City. No species other than those included in the list may be planted as street trees without written permission of the City Tree Commission. This list shall be reviewed and updated annually by the Tree Commission. (Ord. 95-109. Passed 12-26-95.)
