Following review of a minor subdivision by the Technical Review Committee, the application shall be referred to the Plan Commission for review and action. Upon finding that the minor subdivision does not involve opening a new public way and that it complies in all other respects with this chapter and the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 152), the Plan Commission may grant approval upon conducting a public hearing in accordance with the Indiana Code. The Chairman of the Planning Commission and Planning Director shall sign a certificate granting secondary approval of the minor plat, which shall be on the plat. The applicant shall record the plat with the County Recorder within 90 days. If not recorded within this time, the approval shall be null and void unless renewed.
