§ 31.06 ESTABLISHING ELECTION BY PRIMARY.
   (A)   A candidate for any town office shall hereafter be nominated by the use of a primary election as that term is utilized in I.C. 3-8-5-2(a)(2).
   (B)   The primary shall be conducted in the manner as provided by law and shall be conducted by the County Election Board of the County of Hancock, Indiana, all as required by I.C. 3-8-5-2(e).
