All motor vehicles must be parked parallel to the curb and facing with the flow of traffic on the side of the street upon which it is parked on all streets in the town and must be parked within 12 inches of the curb. In areas marked for diagonal parking, motor vehicles must be parked in such places facing with the flow of traffic.
