(A) No person may operate a motor vehicle on any town residential street in excess of a speed of 25 miles per hour.
(B) No person may operate a motor vehicle on the specified arterial streets in excess of a speed of 30 miles per hour. The specified arterial streets are:
(1) East Garden Street: beginning approximately 275 feet east from the intersection of Garden Street and Poplar Street and proceeding east to municipal limits of the town.
(2) West Garden Street: beginning at the intersection of State Road 67 and Garden Street and proceeding west and continuing to municipal limits of the town.
(3) Maple Street: beginning at the intersection of Garden Street and Maple Street and proceeding south 1,500 feet.
(4) East Ohio Street: beginning approximately 300 feet east of the Emerson Street and Ohio Street intersection and proceeding east to the municipal limits of the town.
(5) Michigan Street from Merrill street to Madison Street.
(6) Merrill Street from Michigan Street north to the point of 500 feet northwest of the intersection of Marie Lane.
(C) No person may operate a motor vehicle on the following specified arterial streets in excess of a speed of 40 miles per hour:
(1) 200 West from Maple Street/Fortville Pike to S.R. 234.
(2) Merrill Street from the point of 500 feet northwest of the intersection of Marie Lane to the northwest municipal limits of the town.
(D) No person may operate a motor vehicle on the following specified arterial street in excess of a speed of 45 miles per hour:
(1) Maple Street from 1,500 feet south of Garden Street to C.R. 900 North.
(E) No person may operate a motor vehicle on the following specified arterial street in excess of a speed of 50 miles per hour:
(1) Maple Street from C.R. 900 North to the southern municipal limits of town.
(F) No person may operate a motor vehicle on any street in Memorial Park in excess of a speed of 15 miles per hour.
(G) A school zone is designated from the intersection 200 West and S.R. 234 proceeding 2,700 feet north along 200 West. No person may operate a motor vehicle within the specified school zone from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday when school is in session in excess of 25 miles per hour.
