All vehicles parked within the town shall be parked parallel to the curb facing with the flow of traffic on the side of the street upon which said vehicle is parked and must be parked no more than 12 inches away from the curb, unless said vehicle is parked in area marked for diagonal parking, in which instance said vehicle must be parked facing with the flow of traffic.
