§ 70.21 BICYCLE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Riding more than two abreast. It shall be a violation of this section to ride with more than two bicycles abreast in any one lane of a street or road.
   (B)   Using a whistle or siren. No person shall use a whistle or siren in an unsafe manner while riding a bicycle.
   (C)   Brakes. No bicycle may be operated without at least a rear brake that functions properly.
   (D)   Passengers. All riders must be carried in a regular seat on the bicycle.
   (E)   Number of riders. No more than the number of riders a bicycle is designed for may ride the bicycle at any one time.
