§ 53.044 PLACEMENT OF UTILITIES.
   No utility company may disturb existing storm drainage facilities without the consent of the town. All existing drainage facilities shall have senior rights and damage to said facilities shall result in penalties as prescribed in § 53.105 through 53.108.
