12-5-3: BUILDING SETBACK LINES:
   A.   Setbacks Established: Setback lines are hereby established on all streets as shown on the major street plan of the town, as follows:
      1.   Primary Streets: Setback lines on all primary streets shall be a minimum distance of eighty five feet (85') from and parallel to the centerline of said streets.
      2.   Secondary Streets: Setback lines on all secondary streets shall be a minimum distance of seventy five feet (75') from and parallel to the centerline of said streets.
      3.   Collector Streets: Setback lines on all collector streets shall be a minimum distance of fifty five feet (55') from and parallel to the centerline of said streets.
      4.   Minor Streets: Setback lines on all minor streets shall be a minimum distance of fifty feet (50') from and parallel to the centerline of said streets.
   B.   Determination Of Setback Lines: If twenty five percent (25%) or more of the area situated between consecutive intersections on a major street is improved with buildings, then no building shall be erected closer to the right of way line than the average setback line established by the existing buildings.
   C.   Service Station Pumps Exempt: Service station gasoline pumps may be located within the setback lines herein established along primary, secondary, and collector streets, but shall not be located nearer than ten feet (10') to the right of way line. (Ord. 1997-3-1, 3-10-1997)
