5-9-3: SHIELDING:
   A.   The maintenance of materials that would be considered a public nuisance under this chapter shall be lawful if such materials are shielded from public view and if such shielding otherwise serves to abate the nuisance that is being complained about. (Ord. 2003-10, 11-10-2003, eff. 12-10-2003)
      1.   Any shielding must conform to all local zoning, planning, building code and protective covenant provisions applicable to the property and shall be sufficient height that none of the nuisance materials on the premises are visible to public view. There may be situations where partial shielding is allowed. This determination will be made by the enforcement officer. (Ord. 2015-06, 9-28-2015)
      2.   No more than one shielding material shall be used on any one side of a shielding fence unless approved by the city. (Ord. 2003-10, 11-10-2003, eff. 12-10-2003)
