5-3-11: PENALTY:

Any individual or legal entity failing to comply with the requirements of this chapter may be denied City garbage service until such time as they comply. Violations of this chapter are designated as Municipal infractions as specified in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code. (Ord. 2018-05, 11-19-2018, eff. 1-1-2019)
