A. The word "garbage", as used in this chapter, is intended to mean all refuse, animal and vegetable matter, ashes, store sweepings, paper and rubbish, and other waste matter, but shall not be construed to mean or include manure. (Ord. 159, 1-7-1943)
B. Garbage does not include waste products from building or other construction operations, such as lime, plaster, sand, concrete, hard steel, large appliances, nor other refuse. (Eff. 11-9-1978)
