It shall be unlawful for any person to leave or permit to remain outside of any dwelling, building or other structure or within any unoccupied or abandoned building, structure or dwelling under his control, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded refrigerator, freezer, or other container which has a door or lid, snaplock or other locking device which may not be released from the inside, without first removing said door or lid, snaplock or other locking device. Violations of this chapter are designated as Municipal infractions as specified in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code. (Ord. 2018-05, 11-19-2018, eff. 1-1-2019)
