4-6-5: VIDEO GAMING MACHINE OPERATION NOT AUTHORIZED:

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to authorize the operation of video gaming machines between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. (Ord. 2008-02, 10-27-2008, eff. 11-27-2008)
