4-6-4: COMPLIANCE WITH MONTANA LAW:

In order to maintain the permit, any establishment conducting the live card game from two o'clock (2:00) A.M. to eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. must comply with all applicable rules and regulations for operation of an after hours live card game and the related facility as established by the State of Montana. (Ord. 2008-02, 10-27-2008, eff. 11-27-2008)
