4-6-3: PERMIT REQUIRED:
Any establishment, which operates a live card game between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M., must submit a permit application to the City. The permit application is available at the City Clerk's Office. Approval of the permit will be obtained by the Forsyth City Council. No fee for the permit is required. (Ord. 2008-02, 10-27-2008, eff. 11-27-2008)
