4-6-1: LIVE CARD GAMES AUTHORIZED:

The City of Forsyth hereby authorizes the operation of live card games between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. for each day for facilities with an alcoholic beverage license. This time is in addition to the time allowed under State law for the operation of live card games between eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and two o'clock (2:00) A.M. (Ord. 2008-02, 10-27-2008, eff. 11-27-2008)
