4-2-3: INSPECTIONS:

The city council or any duly authorized representative thereof, or the mayor, shall have the right at any time to make an examination of the premises of such licensee as to whether this chapter is being complied with. (Ord. 157, 3-22-1937; amd. 1999 Code)
