4-1-2: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE:
Applications for all licenses and permits required by this code shall be made to the city clerk-treasurer, unless otherwise specified. The applicant shall furnish such information as the city clerk-treasurer may require for preparation of the license. (Ord. 2000-04, 11-13-2000, eff. 12-13-2000)
