3-2-1: ESTABLISHMENT:
There shall be a committee known as the Tree Board of the City of Forsyth, Montana. The members shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council. A majority of the members of the Tree Board shall be residents of the City of Forsyth. The board shall consist of the following or a similar composition:
   Mayor
   Two (2) members of the City Council
   One representative from the Public Works Department, City of Forsyth
   Members at large
