A. City Judge Appointed: The city judge shall be appointed as provided in subsection 1-7-1A of this code, to a term of four (4) years, and until a successor is appointed and qualified. (4-27-1981; amd. 1999 Code)
B. City Court: The dates and hours of city court, in addition to the change of location of the city court from city hall to the Rosebud County courthouse will be established by resolution of the city council, after consultation with the appointed city judge.
