A. All approved containers must be located in the rear or side of the lot and any existing home or structure;
B. All building and zoning codes apply which include but are not limited to: all front/back/side set -backs; permits, 50/50 rule, IBC's preventing buildings and structures over utilities and other applicable cods and rules;
C. Containers must be kept painted in a color that matches or conforms to other structures on the existing property;
D. Containers must only be used for storage and in no way will they be used for habitation;
E. A concrete foundation or appropriate footings must be in place to prevent the container from settling into the ground;
F. Previous usage verification must be provided to ensure that the container was not used to house or transfer and hazardous or radioactive materials. (Ord. 2022-04, 7-25-2022)
