14-2-8: VIOLATION:
The Floodplain Administrator shall bring any violation of these regulations to the attention of the City Council, City Attorney, and the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation. (Ord. 97-01, 3-24-1997; amd. 1999 Code)
